Privacy notice

We collect the vehicle details, contact information and photos you submit to review a potential vehicle acquisition and contact you about it. We also record campaign parameters and the page where your visit began to understand our advertising performance.

How your information is used

Your information is available to the acquisition operator. Relevant details may be shared with the dealership partner to evaluate and complete an acquisition you choose to pursue. We do not operate a lead resale marketplace.

Storage and access

Submissions and photos are stored using the hosting provider’s database and file storage. CRM records and photos require authorized administrator access. Campaign attribution is held in your browser’s session storage. We do not request identity documents through this form.

Beat My Offer documents and automated reading

For this campaign we collect your competing purchase offer, the company that issued it, its amount and expiration, your vehicle details, and vehicle photos. Optional OCR runs in your browser using locally hosted software. Documents are not sent to an external AI service for reading. Extracted suggestions and your corrections are stored separately when you submit and are treated as unverified until the operator reviews the original evidence. Only an authorized administrator can retrieve the uploaded evidence. Relevant details may be shared with the dealership partner to evaluate an acquisition you choose to pursue. Remove unrelated account numbers, identity documents and financial details before uploading.

Your choices

Submission is optional. You can decline an offer or ask the acquisition specialist who contacts you to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you. Records needed to document a completed transaction may need to be retained.

Google Ads measurement is optional. We load the Google tag only after you allow measurement in Privacy choices; declining does not prevent submitting a vehicle. You can change your choice using Privacy choices. We store this preference in your browser and honor Global Privacy Control. We send only general page and submission-event information, not your name, phone, email, VIN, quoted amounts or uploaded documents. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Your contact authorization is separate from measurement consent.
