How can you beat another offer?
Different buyers have different inventory needs. We review your vehicle against our dealership partner’s acquisition needs to see whether a higher price makes sense. Some vehicles will not qualify.
What counts as a competing offer?
A current, verifiable purchase offer from CarMax, Carvana or another dealership. We check the issuer, amount, expiration, VIN, mileage and conditions. Online estimates and trade-in allowances tied to another purchase do not qualify.
Will I get an offer in 10 minutes?
Ten minutes refers to completing your online submission, with your offer ready. Actual time varies. We’ll check your offer and vehicle before getting back to you. The ten-minute estimate does not include receiving an offer or payment.
Are there fees or an obligation to sell?
Submitting your offer and receiving our review is free. You decide whether to proceed. No immediate dealership visit is required. If we move forward, we will arrange inspection and discuss the transaction with you.
Is the extra $100 guaranteed?
Only eligible vehicles with a valid, verifiable purchase offer and satisfactory inspection results qualify. We’ll confirm whether your car qualifies before making an offer. You’re free to accept or decline.
Who reviews my documents?
OC Auto Buy reviews each submission personally. Your offer and photos are kept private and used to assess your car and current offer. If you decide to proceed, our dealership partner completes the purchase after agreement and verification.
